External Quality Assurance

• Refers to the participation of a degree program in accreditation or assessment conducted by individual assessors/auditors/reviewers who are external to the degree program, or by a local or international body.

• Process is initiated by the submission of the SAR or similar instruments to the UPD QAO, which then proceeds to the actual accreditation/assessment/review visit, and concluded by the submission of the post-EQA report that details plans of action to address points for improvement identified by the assessors/auditors/reviewers.
